In our first consultation , we get to know each other and clarify the initial situation, fit and decision to start the psychotherapeutic process.
If we consider treatment to be sensible and viable, we continue our therapy process that develops its effectiveness through regular sessions.
Confidentiality serves the special relationship of trust between psychotherapists and their clients. In accordance with §15 of the Psychotherapy Act (Federal Law Gazette No. 361/1990), I am obliged to maintain confidentiality about all secrets entrusted or made known to me in the exercise of my profession.
All appointments are reserved and scheduled for you. I therefore ask you to cancel as soon as possible or at least 24 hours before the appointment if you are unable to attend, otherwise I will have to charge my fee.
I work at the shared practice at Scheupark in Bräuhausgasse in Vienna's 5th district. The rooms are on the ground floor and the practice is centrally located (U4 Pilgramgasse, 12A Reinprechtsdorfer Brücke, 59A Bacherplatz). There is also a parking garage around the corner (next to Hofer supermarket).
Once a week I am also available in St. Pölten in the rooms of BSU Ambulanz situated close to the train station.
As psychotherapist in training, I am in the final part of the two-stage psychotherapy training, which lasts several years, and am authorized to provide independent psychotherapeutic treatment.
A cost subsidy via health insurance is not possible, my rates are adjusted accordingly. Please check any private insurance contracts for possible refund policies.
In addition to my private practice, I work as a psychotherapist in psychiatric rehabilitation at a small clinic in St. Pölten in Lower Austria.
My academic and professional socialization took place in the field of linguistics, cultural studies and international human rights before I dedicated myself to psychotherapy.
In addition to many years of work in psychosocial counseling in various fields, I look back with particular pleasure on human rights projects in England, Malaysia and several European cities!

Integrative therapy has been developing since the 1960s and sees itself as an “open method” that is constantly evolving. Integrative therapy is a recognized psychotherapeutic approach in Austria, is taught at university level and is part of the humanistic schools of psychotherapy.
The therapeutic work is characterized by a multi-perspective, often phenomenologically based and process-oriented approach.
In addition to classic talk therapy, the integrative method also borrows from creative therapies, movement therapy and works with texts and dreams - depending on client need and indication.
